I'd rather have these than useless Bermuda grass!

I discovered that this flower that looks like a dandelion goes by the common name of cats ear and allegedly possesses the same properties of dandelion but is weaker. I don't know about it's medicinal properties yet, but I have certainly eaten the leaves as greens when they are young(never the older-because they are tough and stringy!). It is definitely not as bitter as dandelion, and I have found the flowers to be quite good in stir fries.
