Mobic vs Maeng Da

My latest attempt at conventional western medical treatment for my chronically painful and sometimes swollen feet netted me a slow to come through referral to a podiatrist and a prescription for Mobic. I'm afraid. Mobic's real name is meloxicam and it is a potentially deadly NSAID. I can't have a nice heart attack or stroke and croak for at least 7 more years because I have to finish raising children and this NSAID can raise the risk of such events significantly in the first few weeks of use as well as during long term use.  It would be SO nice to be ok all the time, but I really don't believe long term Mobic is the answer. After the funky body stuff that happened to me several years ago when I was foolishly and blithely taking Naprosyn as prescribed, I'm truly paranoid about all NSAIDs. So, I got some Maeng Da kratom and gave it a go. I must say at a very low dose, I am definitely feeling better! Yeah, the feet are still a teeny bit painful, but I blame it on myself not being able to tolerate more kratom without experiencing the nasty side of it, and I only gave this 1/2 gram amount a try 30 minutes ago. I'm definitely in a better mood and feeling less tired than I was though, and it has been a very aggravating day. Is Maeng Da less harmful and just as effective as Mobic? Well, I really can't make an honest comparison because I'm not going to ingest the meloxicam. I'm going to ingest some more turmeric though. I have noticed a reduction in swelling over the past week which leads me to think it may indeed be bringing inflammation down, and nicely without giving me stomach or bowel perforations. It has taken me a while to try Maeng Da because it is more costly than other kratom strains from most vendors, and I figured my weird bod probably couldn't handle the allegedly really good stuff. I'm being pleasantly surprised as I write this! My foot pain is...barely there at all. I bet I could jump up and down a few times now, but I'm not going to push it. I want to walk around for two hours tonight as I do six days a week, so I'm saving this good fortune for that rather than jumping jacks.
